Welcome to MySitti. By using mysitti.com and its services (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What MySitti is — and isn't
MySitti is a travel discovery and planning service. We provide recommendations, neighborhood scores, event listings, and AI-generated trip plans. We are not a travel agency, booking platform, or seller of travel. When you book a hotel, flight, event ticket, or experience, that transaction happens on a third-party platform under their terms — they hold your reservation, payment, and cancellation policy.
2. Recommendations and AI content
Our scores, recommendations, and AI-generated plans are informational, built from data sources we believe to be reliable but cannot guarantee. Conditions change — venues close, events move, neighborhoods evolve. Use your own judgment, and verify important details (opening hours, tickets, travel requirements) before relying on them.
3. Affiliate relationships
MySitti earns commissions from booking platforms when you complete a booking through our links. This never increases your price, and our rankings are driven by quality data, not commission rates.
4. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Don't misuse the Service — no scraping, reselling our data, or attempting to break or overload our systems.
5. Your content
Content you save (trips, bucket lists, notes) stays yours. You grant us the license needed to store and display it back to you and to operate the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySitti is not liable for losses arising from third-party bookings, travel disruptions, inaccurate third-party data, or your reliance on recommendations. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
